Eligibility for Return, Refund and Exchange is at the sole discretion of Hearts & Kisses
Exchange accepted for size issues (only for READYSTOCK ITEMS) / defect items. We DO NOT accept return for PRE-ORDER product & SPORTWEAR/INNER WEAR items & SALE items & items purchased with any PROMO code/during PROMO period.
Our policy lasts for 7 days upon arrival of your parcel. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange of item(s).
To be eligible for an return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All goods sold are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.
We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
*Terms and conditions
1. Item must be returned within 7 working days upon parcel arrival
2. Item must be in original condition with the original packaging
3. Buyer is responsible to bear the delivery cost of returning the item(s)
4. Applicable one time only, for each order
5. Not applicable for items in 'pre-order' category
6. Not applicable for items in 'sales' category
7. Not applicable for items that are damaged or any signs of wear and stain

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after goods are delivered.
Sales items (if applicable)
Sales items may have slight defects/color discrepancies/measurements discrepancy and are strictly not returnable.
Pre-Order items (if applicable)
Pre -order normally take 10-20 working days . If pre order no stock , we will provide refund in store credit term.
* Kindly to be remind that pre order design have high possibility out of stock .
We will always advice customer to place order on our ready stocks , to avoid long wait and out of stock issue .
Exchanges* (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund balance.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
